POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only when: An incorrect size was sent An item is damaged or faulty An order is lost or damaged in transit All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2. Refund Method
All approved refunds are processed via: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.


3. Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable), refunds will be processed within: 5–7 business days Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the funds.


4. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order: Arrives damaged, or Is lost by the courier, We will issue a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).


5. Incorrect Delivery Address
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address: The customer will be responsible for double courier fees (return to sender + re-delivery) No refund will be issued for courier costs
